Joe Allen brings more than 15 years of experience in the Buy Here Pay Here industry, with a background that spans training, account management, client relationships, dealership support, and business development. Over the course of his career, Joe has worked directly with dealers and automotive software clients, helping them solve operational challenges and improve day to day performance.
Before joining Ignite Consulting Partners, Joe served in key client facing roles with Autostar Solutions and DealerSocket, including more than seven years as an account manager. In those roles, he became a trusted point person for dealers, helping cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting the systems and processes that dealerships rely on.
Joe speaks dealer and understands the practical realities of dealership operations. At Ignite Consulting Partners, he serves as Director of Operations, supports marketing and business development initiatives, and manages the Training Unleashed product.
Regulatory Compliance Professional
Auto Finance Compliance, Operations and Auditing
Laura Farris is a regulatory compliance professional with more than 30 years of experience in automotive finance, consumer credit compliance, operations, auditing, financial analysis, accounting, and credit management. She began her automotive finance career with Ford Motor Credit Company, where she spent 18 years working with dealerships in operations and underwriting.
Laura later moved into the consumer credit compliance arena and ultimately served as Chief Compliance Officer for TMX Finance. Her experience includes regulatory compliance, product development, process improvement, complaint management, policy management, consumer credit reporting, dispute processes, internal controls, and dealership compliance.
Her areas of expertise include FDCPA, ECOA, FCRA, OFAC, Fair Lending, UDAAP, SCRA, privacy laws, floorplan auditing, auditing controls, and implementation of products, processes, and controls into software. Laura is a NAF Certified Consumer Credit Compliance Professional, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and has passed the CPA exam.

Randy Henrick is an experienced consumer financial services, bank regulatory, compliance, and privacy attorney who provides compliance consulting services directly to dealers through Ignite Consulting Partners. His background includes auto finance, open and closed end credit, consumer credit laws, privacy and data safeguards, credit reporting issues, and regulatory inquiry management.
Randy served for 12 years as Dealertrack's lead regulatory and compliance attorney, where he authored Dealertrack's Compliance Guides and developed resources used by dealerships throughout the industry. He has written eleven annual auto dealer compliance guide desk books and has published and spoken extensively on privacy, data security, identity theft, and consumer auto finance.
Randy audits deal jackets, writes and reviews compliance policies, acts as an expert witness in litigation, and provides dealership training on auto finance compliance and procedures. His areas of expertise include ECOA, FCRA, Truth in Lending, FTC Safeguards Rule, Red Flags Rule, state consumer protection laws, unfair and deceptive acts and practices, advertising compliance, internet issues, and auto finance regulations.

Steve Levine is an automotive compliance attorney and dealership risk advisor with more than 30 years of experience helping car dealers, finance companies, and automotive businesses navigate regulatory challenges, reduce legal exposure, and strengthen operational compliance. He is an owner and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of Ignite Consulting Partners.
As the founder of Ignite Dealer Compliance Group, Steve provides compliance audits, risk assessment services, consulting, training, and operational guidance designed specifically for dealership environments. His work focuses on helping dealerships prevent problems before they occur by implementing structured compliance programs across departments.
Steve's experience includes sales and advertising compliance, F&I compliance, consumer privacy, human resources compliance, risk management, dealership operations, and litigation prevention. He is also an author, speaker, and industry educator, with industry focused works including Winning the Fight and Counterpunch.
